After lawsuits were filed and 67,000 signed a petition fighting the new rules passed that enforce limited STR (Short Term Rentals) to only owner occupied properties and max at 6 months was appealed and approved to revise 8 to 1 by city council. The new goal is to revisit the rules and revise to make everyone happy. No need to sell your vacation rental just yet.
