ft. under $950,000 in 92122 the past 90 days!! (I checked the stats) When Anna Marie and Team knocked on my door I jumped all over them and said no soliciting can’t you read the sign. They politely corrected me and said “We are not trying to sell you anything just wanted to share something with you” Not long after I hired her to list my home and after lots of work, help staging, photos, signage we were ready for the market and we unfortunately had to cancel the listing because my job plans changed.
