<description>I found this interesting. It looks like the time to buy is HERE!

MYRTLE BEACH, SC – Appraisers see improving market conditions: Aside from anecdotal accounts from real estate agents discussing increased activity, March appraisal orders reflect fewer days on market and narrowing gap between list and sales prices:

-The Island condo 1 bedroom, under contract at 96% of list price, 77 days on market (low $300k range).

-Sunset Village at Sandpiper condo, under contract at 93% of list price, 46 days on market ($175k - $200k range).

-Sea Cabin condo, under contract at 95% of list price, 77 days on market ($150k - $175k range).

-Buck Creek Golf Villas condo, under contract at 94% of list price, 50 days on market ($100k - $125k range).

-Southgate at Carolina Forest single family home, under contract at 95% of list price, 78 days on market ($175k - $200k range).

-Pecan Grove single family home, under contract at 97% of list price, 36 days on market ($175k - $200k range).

-Plantation Lakes lot, under contract at 92% of list price, 51 days on market ($75k - $100k range).

<description>Hello all you beach and golf lovers out there. I just want to give testimony to what I feel was the best move I have made in my life of 54 years. A year ago my wife and I took a great leap of faith, sold our business and house in Connecticut, and like so many pioneers before us, we struck out for a better way of life. After a lot of research and some real twists of fate, we ended up buying a house on a wonderful stretch of paradise on the southern coast of North Carolina. The town Ocean Isle Beach is located on one of the beautiful Brunswick Islands just 30 miles south of Willmington and 30 miles north of Myrtle Beach. I love to golf and my wife loves the beach and we both love the weather and low taxes. This area is one of the true hidden secrets with hundreds of unique commuities that are sewn carefully into nature. The golf courses are plentiful, the beaches white and the water a majestic deep blue-Oh, I forgot to mention the food. This area is famous for its fine food and restaurants. You all have heard of Calabash Seafood, I hope. If not you owe it to yourself to come on down and spend a week here--you'll never want to go back to Buffalo!!!! BURN THOSE SNOWSHOVELS and grab your clubs. Yes my friends there is heaven here.
